Dispatch, Delivery & Returns Information

Every Fan Art Architecture artwork is printed and framed to order. Therefore, please allow the for the specified printing and framing times detailed below when deciding on standard delivery or express service.

Since all our prints, be that framed or unframed, are made to order; we are unable to accept returns except in the unlikely event of the order received damaged on arrival.

We are based in London and all domestic orders are printed and shipped from our UK-based art printers. We now also work with a revered art printers based in the United States and they fulfil all USA orders for improved stateside delivery times.

UK Standard Delivery

We offer free standard delivery for all UK orders!

Print-only orders are printed and dispatched within 4 working days. Delivery is then 1-2 days (Including Saturday) via Royal Mail First Class.

Framed prints are printed, framed and dispatched within 6 working days. These are then sent via courier on a next working day service with DPD or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched from the printers.

USA Standard Delivery

Standard delivery to customers in the United States costs £5 for print-only orders and £10 for framed orders.

Print-only orders are printed and dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery is then approximately 2 days via USPS.

Framed prints are printed, framed and dispatched within 5 working days. These are then sent via courier on a next working day service. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched from the printers.

UK Express Service

Our printers will prioritise your order. For print-only orders, these will be printed and ready to ship in 1-2 working days and framed prints will be printed, framed and dispatched within 3 working days. The cost for this service is £10 for print-only and £15 for framed prints. Once ready, both order types will be shipped on a next-day service.

Rest-of-World

Orders will attract varying delivery times and we are happy to advise on this on a case-by-case basis. The standard fee for international delivery is £25. We also offer an express service too for an additional £15.
