The legendary and ultimately tragic vessel is beloved by millions around the world for it’s breathtaking luxury only to meet it’s untimely demise on it’s very first passenger-carrying transatlantic voyage. At nearly 900 ft long and just under 50,000 gross tonnes, designer Thomas Andrews created an ocean liner the likes of which the world had never been seen before.
